Our Mobile Physiotherapy services based in Brisbane’s inner suburbs provide Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy at home to people of all ages.
We can assist with post hospital and surgical rehabilitation for a broad range of conditions such as stroke and joint replacements. Our team of experienced Physiotherapists take pride in helping our clients of varying ages and abilities achieve their goals. We frequently work with older persons to improve and maintain their mobility, exercise tolerance and independence in their home or residential aged care facility.
The journey to recovery involves more than just ‘hands-on’ rehabilitation which is why our team provide expert education and long term management strategies to help you achieve a positive outcome. We work towards empowering our clients to have increased confidence in their ability to self manage their health and fitness through education, community support and home exercise programs.
We offer affordable home visit sessions at prices equal to or less than what you would typically pay to drive to a practice. Private health rebates are available from your Private health provider and we bulk bill eligible DVA Card Holders. Depending on your location, Chronic Disease Management / EPC referrals may also be bulk billed.
How much does it cost?
Standard Home Visit (30min): $80
Extended Home Visit (1hour): $120
Eligible DVA card holders: Bulk billed – no out of pocket expenses!
CDM / EPC referrals: Either bulk billed or a gap of $27.05 depending on location.
